An address to the unhappy dead!

Being a form of address to my daily Spirit Visitors.

“Welcome to A.........., Friend.

My name is JR: I am an old man and have lived with my wife in this cottage for 57 years. My wife T. has now moved-on to the higher life of the Spirit; for the Spirit-World is that which is eternal and enduring.

You have been brought here today, friend, to permit me to speak to you, regarding your present circumstances.

You have to understand, friend, that you have passed through the Vale of Death: you have thrown-away the body of the flesh and you are now entering the new Life of the Spirit.

You must look to the light, friend, and you will see your family-members and friends, who have gone before you, into the life of the Spirit-world. They will approach you, embrace you and introduce you to the new life of the Spirit, which lies before you.

You must lift your heart and mind in thanks and praise, unto your Creator-God: unto your Heavenly-Parent: unto the Infinite Spirit, who has placed the Spirit within you and has given you the gift of “Life”.

You must resolve to be of Service towards your brothers and sisters, in the “Spirit-World”; for in service towards one’s fellows, lies the pathway of progress.

Go in peace, Dear Friend: much joy and happiness awaits you in the new life of the Spirit, in the fellowship of your family members and friends of the Spirit-World.

There will be no more tears, Dear Friend, no more darkness and confusion, no more grieving, wailing, weeping and mourning, over past mistakes; errors; follies; misdemeanours; offences and/or crimes of the physical-life. All will be well. “Joybells” will be ringing for you in the Spirit-side of Life.

Go in Peace, dear friend: a new and constructive life of Service towards your fellows, awaits you in the Spirit side of Life.

Jesus of Nazareth said to his Disciples, “There is more joy in Heaven over one Sinner who repents, than over Ninety and Nine Just fellows. (For, in the repentence and reformation of one Human Spirit, is established a progressive step in the ascent of Humanity, itself. )

Jesus also said to his followers, “Love one-another with a pure heart, fervently: see that you love one-another.”

In conclusion, friend, I leave you with a message of comfort and consolation which Jeus gave to his followers, as a message from the Father of Light to the Children of Earth, when he said to his followers: “Come unto me, all you, who are weary and are heavily-laden and I will give you rest: take my yoke upon you and learn of me and I will give you rest unto your souls: for my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

These wonderful words were spoken, friend, two-thousand years ago, yet remain valid in our own day and Age.

Go in Peace, friend: All will be well: God be with you. There will be no-more tears: Thank-you for your attendance here, today friend: God be withYou,”

These words, or similar, are addressed to my visitors, individually and are, I feel, productive of improvement in the emotional condition of those friends who are brought to me for advice.

I cannot, in good conscience, refuse to be of service to my fellows, especially, as I myself expect to be translated to the spirit-world before long, being at an advanced age.

I record these notes, as indicative of my sincere belief in the substantial truth of the historical record of the life and teachings of the Master, Jesus, and their application in our day and Age: at a time of increasing peril in the affairs of all humanity.

Wicked men predominate in our world, at the present time and the situation is perilous, in the extreme. There will be no recovery if we, once more, slide into another world-wide conflagration.
